PROTECTION ADMINISTRATOR - HORSHAM

We are seeking an experienced and organised Protection Administrator to join a growing financial services team.

This is a fast-paced role supporting advisers with the administration of client protection policies, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and private medical insurance. You will be responsible for managing cases from submission through to completion while delivering excellent client service.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Process and manage protection applications
• Manage cases from submission through to completion and post-completion
• Liaise with providers, clients, and advisers to progress applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Respond to client queries and provide timely updates
• Monitor pipelines and proactively follow up outstanding cases
• Update and maintain internal systems and client files
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all work

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• A team player with a professional and proactive attitude

Location: Horsham (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience)
