PENSION ADMINISTRATOR - HORSHAM

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pension Administrator to join a successful and growing Financial Services team based in Horsham.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity, offering an excellent chance for an experienced administrator to join a professional Financial Services environment and make an immediate contribution to the team.

You will provide high-quality administration support to Financial Advisers, manage client cases and ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to take ownership of client queries and see them through to resolution.

The Role:
As a Pension Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administration support to Financial Advisers
• Processing and progressing pension applications and new business
• Managing client cases accurately and efficiently
• Chasing outstanding documentation and information
• Liaising with pension providers and other third parties
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and dealing with queries professionally
• Monitoring and responding to client correspondence
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
• Managing ongoing administration for existing and repeat clients
• Ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Working closely with Advisers and other members of the team to ensure cases are progressed within agreed timescales
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively

About You:
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a background in Pensions, Financial Services or Financial Planning.

You will ideally have:

• At least 1 year's experience within Pension or Financial Services Administration
• Good knowledge of pensions and financial services processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A methodical and accurate approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of queries
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A professional approach with a high level of integrity

What’s on Offer:

• £28,000 – £35,000 salary, depending on experience and knowledge

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
