LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FINANCIAL SERVICES - LEEDS

We are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm with the appointment of a Learning & Development Manager.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for developing and delivering learning initiatives that support employees at all levels, from early careers through to leadership and management.

You will have the opportunity to shape the learning strategy, introduce innovative development solutions and support the business as it continues to grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning and development programmes
• Lead leadership, management and early careers development initiatives
• Deliver induction, mandatory, regulatory and role-specific training
• Work closely with HR and managers to identify learning and development needs
• Develop competency frameworks, assessment and certification programmes
• Support the introduction of AI, digital learning and new technology
• Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers

About You:
You will be an experienced L&D professional with a strong background in designing and delivering learning programmes.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in Learning & Development, ideally within financial or professional services
• Strong instructional design, facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience delivering leadership and behavioural development programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with LMS/LXP and digital learning platforms
• Knowledge of learning analytics and competency frameworks
• An interest in AI and the future of workplace learning
• A relevant qualification such as CIPD, ATD or ILM would be advantageous.
