FINANCIAL ADVISOR - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join a high-performing wealth planning team, servicing high-net-worth clients. You’ll provide expert, tailored advice on investments, estate planning, tax, and retirement strategies while maintaining the highest service standards.

You will also oversee a small team, including an administrator and paraplanner, ensuring seamless client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial reviews and develop strategic, personalised plans.
• Advise clients on investment, tax, trust, estate, and retirement planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW clients.
• Collaborate with other professionals for holistic client solutions.
• Stay up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Supervise and support staff, including administrators and paraplanners.
• Grow the client base through referrals and networking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser with HNW clients.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent; Chartered status preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK financial products, markets, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to client-focused advice, confidentiality, and CPD.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
