FINANCIAL ADVISER - HORSHAM

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fully Qualified Financial Adviser to join a well-established and highly respected financial services business in Horsham.

The business has been established for over 35 years and has built a substantial client bank through continued organic growth. Due to the size of the existing client base and ongoing demand, they are now looking for an experienced Adviser who can hit the ground running and provide a high level of service to existing clients.

The role will involve a combination of client servicing and fee-earning activity, with servicing being the predominant requirement. The ability and desire to generate and write new business would also be highly desirable, with new leads provided alongside an established client bank.

The Opportunity:

• Access to a large and established client bank.
• Over 300 existing clients currently earmarked for review and servicing.
• New client leads provided by the business.
• An average of two referrals per week generated through a combination of:Company website
• VouchedFor
• Local solicitors
• Local accountants
• Strong support from an experienced, friendly and efficient back-office team.
• Opportunity to build a long-term career within an established financial planning practice.
• Potential future opportunity to buy into the business, where appropriate and desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful Adviser will be expected to confidently advise clients across:

• Protection
• Investments
• Pensions
• You will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, conducting client reviews and providing appropriate financial planning advice.

While the primary focus will be on servicing the existing client bank, the ability to identify opportunities, generate new business and convert leads into fee-earning clients would be an advantage.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be:

• A Fully Qualified Financial Adviser.
• Experienced within financial planning and wealth management.
• Competent and confident advising on protection, investments and pensions.
• Able to hit the ground running with existing clients.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a wider team.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Professional, organised and committed to delivering a high level of client service.
• Contract & Package
• There is flexibility around the structure of the role, with both employed and self-employed options available, depending on the candidate's experience, preferences and discussions.

Employed option: £40,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
