Financial Adviser - Horsham

Our client is looking to welcome a Financial Adviser into their team, to advise clients as appropriate to their circumstances and objectives. This position will be a hybrid working role, with travel into their head office (based in Horsham) 1-2 times each week. 

Key Responsibilities:

·      To hold client’s meetings to update them on the performance of their portfolio, meetings will be face to face at their home, our office or by video call

·      Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan

·      Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, protection coverage, their financial objectives and goals, tax status and risk tolerance

·      Answer clients’ questions and address concerns

·      Give advice to clients about protection coverage, investment planning, cash management or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals

·      To compile the post review outcome letter

·      Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service

·      Continuous development of a client bank and maximising opportunities ensuring profitable relationships are built

Requirements:

·      Experienced or Chartered Financial Adviser with 1+ years experience

·      Valid Driving Licence

·      Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

·      Good time-management skills

·      Highly self-motivated with the ability to offer excellent financial advice

·      Able to work in a team environment
