Financial Services – Sales Support

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Sales Support professional to provide high-quality administrative support and act as a key point of contact for clients and providers.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage post, DocuSign, diaries, and meeting bookings
• Prepare and send accurate client communications
• Handle calls with clients and providers in line with policies
• Complete application forms and process new business submissions
• Chase outstanding information (e.g. Letters of Authority) and update systems
• Support advisers and clients throughout the application process
• Maintain compliance records and keep stakeholders informed
• Assist with general administrative tasks and team projects

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Team-focused with a professional and diplomatic approach
   

Additional Requirements:

Support team training where required
Complete CPD in line with requirements
