Financial Administrator / Account Associate – Financial Education

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Account Associate to join our Financial Education and Strategic Partnerships team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in client support, relationship coordination, or HR support who wants to contribute to business growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will support the delivery of engaging financial education programmes for corporate clients and help build and nurture relationships that unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new corporate clients
  • Support day-to-day relationship management across a portfolio of clients and prospects
  • Schedule and follow up on meetings with clients, partners, and leads
  • Assist in creating and delivering tailored financial education proposals and programmes
  • Organise and support virtual and in-person events
  • Produce client-facing materials, including agendas, reports, and feedback summaries
  • Track engagement, outcomes, and potential upsell opportunities
  • Keep CRM updated and support pipeline management


Skills & Experience
Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year in a client support or coordinator role (HR/reward experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Mailchimp)
  • Skilled in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and materials
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially curious
  • Friendly, adaptable approach to working with people at all levels

Desirable:

Interest in financial wellbeing, financial education, or employee benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + discretionary bonus
