Our client is looking for a motivated IFA Administrator to support their Financial Advisers in providing tailored advice and reports to clients. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, administration, and office processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management

  • Manage client onboarding and process client forms in the CRM
  • Perform client ID and AML verification checks
  • Submit and chase applications with providers
  • Organise and attend client meetings where required

Existing Clients

  • Maintain client review schedules and prepare performance data
  • Update portfolios and cashflow scenarios
  • Support clients with queries and Investor Portal (MoneyLocker)

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare meeting minutes, suitability reports, and follow-up emails
  • Support Financial Advisers with documentation and action points

Office Management 

  • Diary management for client meetings and adviser schedules
  • Assist in developing office procedures and support the senior management team
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of financial planning and investment products (administrative experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Type Contract: Permanent | Hours: 35 per week | Holidays: 25 days | Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
