CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT (IFA) - BURY

We are seeking an organised and client-focused Client Services Consultant to join an established Wealth Management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and supporting Financial Advisers in providing a seamless client experience.

Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support Financial Advisers with client administration and ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation and updates to client records.
• Prepare client correspondence, reports and meeting packs.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to process requests and resolve queries.
• Assist with new business applications, transfers, payments and other client transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in client services, administration or client support within financial services or wealth management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
• Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
