TRUST MANAGER - LONDON

Our client is a rapidly growing Top 30 professional services firm with a thriving Private Client team, including a specialist and expanding Trusts function. As the Trusts sub-team continues to grow, they are seeking a Trusts Manager to support the management and development of a varied portfolio of UK and offshore trusts. You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
-   Manage a diverse portfolio of UK and offshore trust clients.
-   Review trust accounts, tax returns, and IHT 10-year and exit charge calculations.
-   Advise trustees and beneficiaries on distributions and UK reporting obligations.
-   Ensure full compliance with HMRC Trust Registration Service requirements.
-   Draft and review detailed advisory reports on UK and offshore trust structures.
-   Deliver strategic tax planning advice and identify additional opportunities within the client base.
-   Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior team members.
-   Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and networking activities.

About You
-   CTA qualified (STEP qualification advantageous).
-   Strong technical knowledge of UK trust tax legislation.
-   Proven experience managing UK and offshore trust clients.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-   Strong Excel skills (experience with CCH and Digita is desirable).
