An established and growing mortgage brokerage is seeking a Mortgage Paraplanner to join its Belfast-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with mortgage industry experience to support advisers and help deliver outstanding client service throughout the mortgage application process.

The Role

Support Mortgage Advisers with research and case preparation.
Source suitable mortgage and protection solutions using sourcing systems.
Prepare recommendation and suitability documentation.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and clients throughout the application process.
Manage pipeline cases and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Assist in progressing applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

About You

Previous experience in a Mortgage Paraplanner, Mortgage Administrator, or similar support role.
Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and the mortgage application process.
Experience using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
