Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking financial services company, committed to delivering exceptional mortgage advice and solutions. They take pride in providing outstanding customer service and fostering a supportive, professional work environment.

We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and organised Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will support mortgage advisers with both pre- and post-sale administration, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for our clients.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist mortgage advisers with the completion of post-sale documentation and administration.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update client records within internal systems.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare and send client correspondence.
  • Monitor the progress of mortgage applications and provide regular updates to clients and advisers.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software systems.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and the financial services industry is an advantage.
