FINANCIAL PLANNER - OXFORD

We’re working with a forward-thinking financial planning business that believes advice should be simple, clear, and genuinely human. They support clients by focusing on meaningful relationships and straightforward financial guidance.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Financial Planner to join a growing, supportive team. You’ll be working with pre-qualified clients, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice and building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clear, jargon-free financial advice to clients
• Supporting clients with pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Managing and developing your own client pipeline
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships
• Supporting business growth through new and existing clients

About You:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
• Around 1–2 years’ experience in a Financial Adviser role
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Comfortable building relationships and developing new business
• Professional, coachable, and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence required

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
