CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATOR - GLASGOW

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded financial planning firm in Glasgow that is looking to add a Client Relationship Administrator to its growing team.

The Role
As a Client Relationship Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and maintaining long-term client relationships. You'll ensure the client journey runs smoothly from start to finish while delivering a first-class administrative service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare client documentation and meeting packs.
• Process new business applications and monitor them through to completion.
• Liaise with providers, clients, and third parties to obtain information and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with annual reviews and ongoing servicing of client portfolios.

About You

• Previous experience within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
